The operational process is straightforward:

1. Citizens schedule a visit from a Dastak Representative through the web portal or mobile app.
2. Citizens receive public services at their doorstep with the help of the Dastak Representative.
3. The Dastak Representative ensures the successful completion of the service and receives a commission.
4. Various payment options are available, including IBFT, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Cash on Delivery (COD), and PSID.
5. Citizens can rate the service provided by Dastak Representatives.
