This service simplifies the process for citizens by allowing them to request a variety of public services from multiple departments at their convenience and chosen time slot, eliminating unnecessary hassles.
The operational process is straightforward:
<ol>
 <li>Citizens schedule a visit from a Dastak Representative through the web portal or mobile app.</li>
 <li>Citizens receive public services at their doorstep with the help of the Dastak Representative.</li>
 <li>The Dastak Representative ensures the successful completion of the service and receives a commission.</li>
 <li>Various payment options are available, including IBFT, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Cash on Delivery (COD), and PSID.</li>
 <li>Citizens can rate the service provided by Dastak Representatives.</li>
</ol>
